Isabella Earp

Issy is an undergraduate student at Yale double-majoring in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry and Economics. She is excited about innovation in healthcare and biotech. She plans on pursuing a career in investment banking after graduation in a biotech M&A group.

She conducts research in the Saltzman Lab at Yale which focuses on utilizing novel approaches in surface engineering of polymer nanoparticles to enhance drug targeting to renal endothelial cells in the kidney.

She is the President of Yale Helix, a student-run startup incubator centered on accelerating healthcare and biotech startups in the Yale community.
