Join us for an intensive four-session program offering comprehensive exposure

to biotech investment and commercialization.

Program Overview​

 

The program features four focused sessions combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical experience:

​

(1) Financial Modeling & Biotech Valuation

• January 24th - 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Zoom)

• Led by Mehmet Saka, Principal at Centerview Partners

• Learn the fundamentals of biotech finance, M&A, and company valuation through interactive modeling exercises.

(2) Clinical Trial Evaluation & Due-Diligence

• January 31st - 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Zoom)

• Led by David Rosenthal M.D., Venture Partner at Alleycorp

• Dive deep into clinical trial analysis, drug development risk assessment, and venture capital decision-making processes.

(3) Translating Innovation to Market

• February 7th - 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (In-person)

• Led by Michael Chen, Ph.D., CSO of Seaport Therapeutics

• Explore the journey from scientific discovery to commercial success, including IP strategy and market positioning.

(4) Stock Pitch Workshop

• February 14th - 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

• Apply your newly gained knowledge in a practical stock pitch session.
